From our hands to your doorstep, every Backwood Bougie order is packed with care and shipped quickly so it arrives exactly as it should.

How much does shipping cost?

We keep it straightforward:

Orders under $49: $7 flat-rate shipping
Orders $50+: Free shipping

No hidden fees. No surprises.

At this stage we only ship in the USA. 

How are orders packed?

Every order is packed by hand in small batches to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

We take the same care packing your order as we do making the products themselves.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Orders are shipped on UPS overnight air Monday to Thursday. For all orders after 2pm Thursday through to Sunday these will be shipped Monday.
