At Backwood Bougie, every product is handcrafted in small batches using clean, intentional ingredients. Because our skincare is personal-use and made fresh, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
That said — if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at katy@backwoodbougie.com with:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Allergic Reactions or Skin Sensitivity
Because everyone’s skin is different, we strongly recommend patch testing before full use. We cannot offer refunds for reactions or sensitivities, but if you believe there is a quality issue with your product, please reach out — we’re always happy to review and help where we can.
No Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to resolve it through a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Backwood Bougie is not responsible for:

Sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
